Witwam was founded in 2007 by James Marchant in response to the need for a specialist service architecture and design consultancy to build and transform operational business functions.
James is a highly experienced senior manager and consultant, with over 20 years experience in business operations IT development & support, and shared services, with industry sector experience spanning central government, financial services, utilities, government outsourcing and small business consultancy.
James holds an MBA in business and finance and an M.Sc with distinction in Information Systems. He is a certified ITIL V3 Expert, certified ITIL 4 Master, PRINCE2 Practitioner and TOGAF Practitioner and holds a chartered professional membership with the British Computer Society (BCS) and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). James is also AWS Cloud Practitioner Certified.
James lives in Surrey with his family.
Tony is an ITIL v3 Expert qualified, senior service management consultant and part of a network of senior consultant associates that Witwam partners with to deliver successful client outcomes.
Tony has extensive experience and a strong commitment to delivering robust ITIL Service Management operating models within leading organisations both in the Public and Private sectors.
Tony is very strong on governance, with high levels of business acuity, understanding key business drivers and diverse experience embedding ITIL best practices aligned with ISO, COBIT, JSOX, CMMI, Lean IT, PDCA and SOX standards/methodologies.
